We do not use a CV database, instead we utilize our online network proactively when solving our clients’ recruitment tasks. This means that upon connecting with us on LinkedIn you will increase your chances of being headhunted for a specific position. If you do not wish to connect just make sure that your profile is continuously updated, and we’ll find you if the right match comes along. We source candidates from many different industries, and our assignments are both national and international.

As a candidate you will experience efficient processes, and that you’ll quickly engage in a direct dialogue with the specific organization or company without delays and unnecessary steps. We firmly believe that it’s more beneficial for you to converse directly with the potential place of employment, so you can gauge the feel of the place and asses your next move. You will be assigned a Pointshare Recruitment consultant throughout the entire process.

Our mission is to help our clients complete their recruitment processes and to help the candidates further their carriers, and for this to happen we need some of your data, such as CV, diplomas and other relevant information. We will only share these documents with the specific potential place of employment, you’ve expressed interest in. Your data will be delivered safely via HR portals or encrypted mails which require passwords. We delete your data when it is no longer relevant for the specific position.
