We create trust in the researcher’s online business card (LinkedIn profile)

When the academy is completed all participants receive a professional LinkedIn Profile Makeover from our sister company Makeover Services International. This ensures a professional online appearance, which contributes positively to the overall candidate experience and creates trust. Branding your researcher through a professionally updated LinkedIn profile also has a positive effect on your overall corporate brand, and helps attract more candidates. Normal price for a LinkedIn Profile Makeover is 388 $ incl. VAT (one language version).

Solution 1: Hire your own researcher directly through Pointshare Recruitment

When hiring a researcher through Pointshare Recruitment you will get full control over your researcher – in other words, the researcher will be put on your payroll. Pointshare Recruitment takes care of the recruitment and training of your researcher, and when the researcher is fully trained and certified, he or she will be handed over to you to become an official member of your staff.

Your investment:

  • Startup fee: DKK 625 ex. VAT
  • Recruitment of researcher: DKK 12.595 ex. VAT
  • LinkedIn Profile Makeover of the researcher’s profile: DKK 2.026 ex. VAT (one language version)
  • Training of the researcher at Pointshare Academy: DKK 3.574 ex. VAT

Your investment for the above: DKK 16.985 ex. VAT (Total price equals: DKK 18.820 ex. VAT)

Solution 2: “Try and hire”

You start out by renting a researcher from Pointshare Recruitment, but after a period of time you wish to put the researcher on your own payroll to achieve full decision rights. In other words – a “try and hire” solution.

Your investment for the try period:

  • Startup fee: DKK 625 ex. VAT
  • Hourly fee: DKK 465 ex. VAT
  • Payment: 10 days net

When the "try" period is over and you want Pointshare Recruitment to hand the researcher over to you, you pay a fee of DKK 12.499. The “try” period has a minimum duration of 3 months with a minimum of 24 hours pr. month.

Researcher warranty

In the event that your researcher does not live up to your expectations we offer the following warranty:

We will replace your researcher once without additional fees. The warranty is valid one month from the researcher’s start date. We strive to deliver a replacement with a professional and educational background as close to the original researcher as possible. A researcher can only be replaced once under warranty.

 

Establishing the cooperation

We will follow up with both parties to ensure that the cooperation works, and that all conditions are met. This assures a good experience for everyone involved, and a rapid establishment of the cooperation.

Expenses for services such as LinkedIn subscriptions and the like are covered by the client, or are expended on periodical invoices from Pointshare Recruitment. Pointshare Academy and other material (such as search guide) are currently available in English only, but the guide can be acquired in other languages for a small additional fee.

The educational concept is generally based on free subscriptions (such as LinkedIn etc.).

Our researchers are explicitly educated in screening of professional competencies and not in screening of personal competencies.

All invoices are issued with a payment deadline of 10 days net.

 

Pointshare’s recruitment process

We locate suitable candidates through our network and additional research of students and student administrators throughout the country. In addition we advertise through our website and relevant social media channels.

We obtain CV, application, educational papers and transcripts of records, as well as written and/or oral references from previous employers. If required we also request the candidate’s criminal records.

All candidates go through our online video screening process with an online interview, which consists of 10 questions regarding personal and professional competencies. The online interview is conducted in English. We make an assessment of the candidate and follow up with an additional interview, where we focus on the upcoming assignment. Finally, we discuss the completion of Pointshare Academy and the nature of the employment with Pointshare Recruitment or our client.
